Levi in this series is extremely sarcastic and flaunty of his badassery i.e. "Return of the one man army. Bow down, bitches." (About to attack two approaching Titans.) He also appears to either be sexist or does not think highly of Petra although the former seems more likely this might just be Levi being a dick, "I don't think they make tampons big enough for [Petra]... Oh you meant him." (referring to first Petra than to the dying soldier after being told by Petra thar she can't stop the soldier's bleeding).
He's hot as hell.
it's hard to carry 3 swords all the time, isnt it Levi? When talking to the captured Eren, after being told by Erwin to "shut up" he replies that "It'll just give [him] more time to think up more one liners."

Not much is known about Levi history before the actual series, however there is a small hinting that he had a rough past and that he was in a gang during the episode The People vs. Eren Jaeger when he says "however we can still introduce you the old-fashioned way" to which Eren responds levi is so gayyyyyyy he and erwin did the deed

Levi grew up in the slums and was raised by Kenny Ackerman. Kenny showed him basic combat and then disappeared. Then after joining Farlan's gang Levi meet Isabel Magnolia. Through certain events he joined the Survey Corps and then his friends get killed.
In the Story[]
Levi Ackerman appears and saves Eren and Armin from being eaten. He makes his next appearance when Eren is imprisoned. Making weird comments about how weird Eren's idolizing towards him and Erwin is. Then he's seen once again beating the shit out of Eren in the courtroom and having the judge and the attendees cheering him on. After that beating Eren joins the survey corps. Levi is seen then acompnying Eren into HQ. After that he tells them to get cleaning. When they are done and several days have passsed Levi announces that they will set out to meet up with Erwin. He then proceeds to complain about a hangover to Eren telling him to tone it down some notches.
After them meeting up with Erwin and discussing the battle plan they set out.
